We cannot recommend Barrier Reef Pools more highly, from the moment we walked into their showroom to the final installation of our pool and equipment was seamless.
The admin staff were amazing and the salesman Warren, knew his product well, he helped us through the entire process the finance option that was available to easy to obtain.
Warren came to site and provided us with some great ideas, submission of plans and certification again wasn't a problem, when it was time for the pool to go in, the contractors were on time and the pool was in, filled and operational on the same day.
Once again we can highly recommend Barrier Reef Pools without hesitation.

The whole process went very smoothly from the moment that we signed the quote. The pool was delivered on time and the installation team did an excellent job. Having never had a pool before the advice and help from Barrier Reef Pools were amazing, Anthony came out to our house no pressure sales pitch just good honest advice. We are exceptionally happy with the end result (although the pool fencing shown in the pictures are temporary fencing) the showroom gives you a great choice of actually seeing the pools in the ground. The installer provided turned up when he was meant to and completed the work to a high standard. Would have no hesitation in recommending Barrier Reef Pools.

The whole experience with Barrer Reef Pools was very easy. They didn't over complicate things, they answered all our queries and anything we asked them to do they took care of. Warren was great. Through the quoting process he listened to what we were after and made some handy suggestions. Never did he try to upsell or pressure us into making a decision on the spot.
The pool was in before Christmas and two months after the install we couldn't be happier. The kids haven't had a day out of the pool and it is by far the best investment we've made.

We recently used Barrier Reef Pools Newcastle for our pool project and could not be happier with the result. From our first meeting with Antony, we had a thorough understanding of the process and what we could expect from Barrier Reef.
Throughout the entire process the team were excellent with their communication, follow up and just making things easy. They arranged all of the paperwork for council on our behalf as well as organising additional services and recommendations for trades post install.
Our install date went ahead as scheduled, we were blown away with how quick it actually was. Following on from the install the team at Barrier Reef have continued their communications with us to ensure we are satisfied with our pool. The pictures speak for themselves, we couldn’t be happier!

We had our 9.5m Venice fibreglass pool installed in September 2021 and would highly recommend the team at Barrier Reef Pools at Heatherbrae. Antony and the rest of the team were great to deal with and were very helpful answering all my questions from the first day we first set foot in the showroom up until the day the pool went in. Though they only are responsible for the pool shell they have a list of preferred suppliers and trades to help make it a seamless process from the day the shell arrived on the back of the truck to when the pool went in the ground and all the landscaping and fencing was completed. Highly recommend the team at BRP at Heatherbrae.
